Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: All normal products take 7-14 business days to process

Shipping Time: It depends on which shipping method you chose

If you want to track the status of your order, such as where your order is, when you will receive it, whether it has been dispatched, please log in and click My Orders on any page of the website.

If you still can’t get your order information, please contact our customer service email furllausofficial@gmail.com.

If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.

  • Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
  • If you signed in through Facebook or Gmail, check the email linked with that.
  • Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order.
  • Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Furlla.
  • If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

We apologize for any confusion caused. ​As our products are newly made to order, preparation typically requires 1-2 weeks, followed by an additional shipping timeframe of 3 to 12 days.​ Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Detailed information regarding the specific tailoring and shipping durations can be found on the shipping policy page.

Upon completion of your order, we will promptly arrange shipment and provide you with a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you do not receive the confirmation email by the estimated shipping date, we kindly ask you to reach out to us for assistance.

​To modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at furllausofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.​ We will reply to your email within 48 hours to confirm any adjustments and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

If you want to change delivery address, please contact our customer service. But please note that we may not be able to change it once the order is shipped.

If your tracking does not show information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again.

If your package shows information but is not updated, your package is on its way to your country and the information will be updated once it is picked up by your local post office.

Products

Our color online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

Our size chart may differ from your everyday clothing, please kindly refer to our size chart to choose the correct size.

Of course! Use the tips below to help find the best size for you!

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor. Please note that it's Not your bra size!

Waist: Measure around your natural waist which is the narrowest part of your torso, generally located between your rib cage and belly button. Keep tape horizontally and slightly loose to allow for breathing room.

Hips: Measure around your hips at the fullest point. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.

We regret to inform you that we currently do not operate any physical stores. As a dedicated e-commerce company, our business is conducted entirely online. You can explore our product range on our website and place your orders directly; we'll begin crafting your items as soon as your order is confirmed.

We completely understand that concerns about fit and style are important when considering our dresses. ​If you have such concerns, we offer the option of custom sizing, allowing you to provide your measurements to ensure the perfect fit.​ For most adult dresses, we can create them according to your specifications, ensuring that they are tailored to suit you precisely.

Payment

We currently accept payments directly from Paypal.

PayPal is a secure and trusted payment method for online shopping. All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'Buy Now'. You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click ‘Pay Now’ the amount will be sent to Furlla.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and providing a secure online experience. We use industry standard encryption and password protection technologies with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Sensitive information including any type of payment information is not stored on our servers.

We are a legitimate website operating in good faith.

Your funds are safely stored in your credit card company or Paypal account.

If there is any problem with the package within 180 days, such as: not as described, not received, or the product has quality problems, you can apply for a dispute, so there is no purchase risk for your order.
